Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ausatralia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. This, however, shall not prevent Marquee Media from pursuing a claim for breach of contract, copyright infringement or otherwise in respect of these Terms in any other jurisdiction.
